Ksar Ghilane History.

Ksar Ghilane is an oasis of southern Tunisia, one of Villages of the City of Douz, located on the eastern limit of the Grand Erg Oriental. Their hot water source is surrounded by Plams
Ksar Means Castle in Arabic and Ghilane is the Name of a Nomad Leader who was living in the oasis.
Build, as advanced Roman post , at the latest under emperor Commodus ( 180-192 CE) .
